For brokers and landlords
List NYC commercial space free. See every tenant who fits.
Post your availabilities once, or import the sheet you already keep. Leasemark scores every space against every tenant requirement on the board and shows you who fits, with the reasons.
No fees, no commission, no co-broke split. Leasemark is a marketplace, not a brokerage.

What a listing gets you
A page for every space
A clean, shareable URL with photos, size, rent and availability, marked up so search engines read it as a real estate listing.
On its building's page
1,059 large NYC buildings have their own page built from NYC city data. A space typed at the building's address, or any of its other street addresses, shows up there.
On its neighborhood pages
31 neighborhood hubs, each with pages by property type and deal, list the live spaces in that submarket.
Your whole sheet at once
Import a CSV of up to 50 spaces a file. Every row is checked and previewed before it posts.
Every requirement that fits
Your spaces are matched against every active requirement, including new ones the day they post. Matches land on your dashboard.
Private until both say yes
Intros are double opt-in. Contact details are exchanged only when the tenant side and your side both agree.

Request an intro, or accept one. When both sides say yes, you both get each other's name and contact details.
Demand on the board
The requirements board is new
Tenants, buyers and tenant reps post what they need for free. The board opened in September 2026 and no real requirements are live yet. Spaces listed now are matched the moment one posts, so they are first in line.

Broker questions
Is it free to list commercial space on Leasemark?
Yes. Listing space, importing an availability sheet, seeing matched requirements and requesting intros are free, and they stay free. Broker Pro and Featured boosts will be optional paid extras, and neither is charging yet.
Does Leasemark take a commission or a co-broke split?
No. Leasemark is a marketplace, not a brokerage. We do not represent either side, we do not take a share of the deal, and your fee arrangement with your client is untouched.
Who sees my contact details?
Nobody, until both sides agree. A tenant or rep who likes your space requests an intro (or you request one with them), and contact details are exchanged only after the other side says yes.
Can I upload my whole availability sheet?
Yes. Import a CSV or paste from a spreadsheet, up to 50 spaces a file. Every row is checked and previewed before anything posts, and header names are flexible.
How does Leasemark decide a requirement fits my space?
Each space is scored against each active requirement out of 100: location 30, property type 20, size 20, budget 20, timing 5 and must-haves 5. Pairs scoring 55 or more show up as matches, with the reasons behind the score.
Are the requirements real?
Every requirement is posted by a tenant, a buyer or a tenant rep broker. A few demonstration posts carry an Example label; they never match real listings and are never counted in any number on the site.
