A marketplace, not a broker

Owners and brokers post spaces, tenants and buyers post requirements, and Leasemark scores how well they fit. We do not represent anyone in a deal, take no commission, and do not inspect spaces or confirm every detail of a post. Check the facts that matter to you (size, rent, condition, zoning, permitted use) with the other side and your own advisors.

Your posts

• Post only spaces you own or are authorized to market, and only requirements you are really working on.
• Keep posts accurate, and take them down (Mark leased or Mark filled) once they are no longer available.
• You keep ownership of what you post. You let us show it, including its photos, on Leasemark and in links to it, for as long as it is up.
• Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the rights to, including photos.

Intros

Contact details are shared only when both sides accept an intro. Use them for the deal you were introduced about: do not add people to mailing lists or pass their details on.

Things you may not do

• Scrape, copy in bulk or harvest posts or contact details, by hand or by software.
• Post fake spaces or requirements, or post the same space over and over.
• Spam, harass or mislead other users, or try to get around the intro step.
• Interfere with the site, test its security without permission, or open accounts to get around a removal.

We may remove posts or accounts that break these terms.

Pricing

Listing space, posting requirements, matching and intros are free. Broker Pro and Featured boosts are in early access and we are not charging for them. If that changes, you will see the price before you pay, and nothing will bill you without your sign-up. See pricing.

No guarantees

Leasemark is provided as it is. We cannot promise that a post is accurate, that a match leads to a deal, or that the site is always available. Deals, and any disputes about them, are between the people making them.

How we handle your information is in our privacy page, including how to delete your account. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
