Is Leasemark free?

Yes. Listing space, posting a requirement, bulk import, matching and intros are free, and they stay free. Broker Pro and Featured boosts will be optional extras for brokers and owners who want more reach.

Are you charging for Broker Pro yet?

No. Broker Pro and Featured boosts are in early access. The prices on this page are planned, there is no checkout, and joining the list never charges you. We reach out to everyone on the list with the final price before anything launches.

Does Leasemark take a commission on my deal?

No. Leasemark is a marketplace, not a brokerage. We do not represent either side and we do not take a share of your lease or sale.

Why is listing free?

A marketplace is only useful when the space is on it. Free listings bring the space, free requirements bring the tenants, and the matches between them are the point.

Can I leave the early-access list?

Any time. Sign in on this page and choose Leave the list, and your entry is deleted.
